Is there something I can do to make it a little more light? I've been searching for a homemade bread recipe that isn't too heavy, too 'yeast-y', too thick, etc....I found it!! Sadly, I also work and can’t devote lots of time to bread making every few days. And #2. should I work out all the lumps at this point ? Something's wrong - either with the temp of the water or the yeast itself. The more natural recipes Iknow the better. I'm not sure what doughgods are.
